I have Emailed Wallis on 3 occasions, I sent a coat back in December and still waiting for a refund, was originally told 28 days to go back on the Account, funny really only takes 24 hours to come out of your account when you buy anything, they now appear to be ignoring my Emails, Customer Service is Atrocious.

Ive also bought a lot from wallis recently. Returned sandals as they were to big on 13th May Cannot phone them and no replies to my emails I know they went back to warehouse so ive got proof Bad customer service Other shops seem to have some kind of communication why not Wallis ?

Have ordered lots from Wallis previously and never had a problem. Returned a jacket last week and was signed for but no refund as yet. Foolishly ordered other size but that has to be returned!!!! First the Hermes shop saying barcode not scanning and you cannot create another from Wallis ( very poor customer service) So I’ve had to sort a label via Hermes for home collection. Not convinced I’ll get a refund for either jacket so maybe a charge back .. The app is not showing orders. If things are signed for why such a long drawn out process. ...Lesson learned never buy from them again!!!!

What’s going on with Wallis?I have been trying to order a dress from Wallis this evening, but unfortunately can’t get into my account. I’ve tried to reset my password several times and have emailed customer service to ask what’s going on but have received no reply Sounds to me like they’re going bust. Also they don’t have the selection of clothes on their website. It’s a shame as they used to be good, but the quality of their stuff had been going downhill for a couple of years

Totally non existent customer service. Three out of four items are faulty, phone lines are closed, no response to any emails. Office of fair trading need to be involved here. What has happened to Walis?

Wallis order placed 21.3.21 on behalf of my elderly mother. Dispatched 29.3.21. Received 31.3.21. Items unsuitable and attempted to return based on 14 day since receipt. No way around the system therefore no option to return and obtain a refund. Worst service ever experienced. Why are they allowed to continue trading? Breaching all standards and customer rights.

I wish I'd read these reviews before putting in a couple of orders.Their return system fails, you cannot contact anyone at customer services and I'm now basically stuck with £60 worth of stuff that doesn't fit. Even that's their fault as the jeans are 2 inches shorter in the leg that they're meant to be! Not labelled up as either short or petite. Think I'll have to contact the credit card company but I suppose if I've actually got the goods, there's not a lot they can do.Don't risk it. I used to love Wallis but the receivers/Boohoo are clearly just trying to get as much money in as possible and not honour returns.Shameful.

Lovely clothes but unfortunately customer services is non existent now. Waiting for a returns code to send back some unsuitable items but it isnt working online and no one is answering calls, messages or emails. It says we only have 14 days to send items back so looks like I could be stuck with 37 pounds worth of unsuitable items! Not ideal.

Just a follow-up from my previous post. To those that are asking for a Wallis email address I was going to post it on here but Trustpilot won't let me but you can find it on google.I bombarded Wallis with emails, about 6 every day, telling them they had stolen my money etc, but still heard nothing from them. I then received an email from Dorothy Perkins giving me a 20% discount code. Looking at the reviews of Dorothy Perkins I found they were as bad as Wallis 77% 1* reviews. I emailed Dorothy Perkins to say that I would never buy again from Dorothy Perkins or Wallis and told them about my dreadful experience with Wallis. I also contacted Resolver and filled in and sent the form to Wallis. I also told Wallis that I had put a 1* review on Trustpilot and would contact Citizens Advice and Trading Standards and the only way to get me off their back was to give me my refund. Today I received an email from Dorothy Perkins customer services apologising for not refunding me the full amount and explaining why and assured me that they had put my refund through and I would receive it in a few days. Again Trustpilot won't let me put Dorothy Perkins email address on here but it can be found on google.The only way to obtain your refund is, unfortunately, to bombard them with emails, demanding your refund, asking why they are ignoring you, telling them they are thieves and theft is a criminal offence and they are scammers etc. I hate to resort to this level but they cannot legally accept our goods back and then withhold our money. After chasing for over a month and sending approx. 15 to 20 emails I have still not received my refund. I returned x2 blouses in same return package but they are saying only 1 received. Absolutely shocking customer service to say the least and even worse it’s now with ‘the management team’ no one taking ownership and keep fobbing me off with same standard response.

I ordered 3 items on 8th January. One item was not suitable and I have tried without success to return it. There is no paperwork with the package, apparently they are cutting down on the use of paper and want customers to use online services instead. I have tried to generate a label but cannot and now Wallis have denied me access to their website.

Wallis used Hermes who delivered the parcel to the wrong address and I never found out where. Wallis refused to refund even though Hermes confirmed the parcel was lost and I was due refund. Paypal dispute closed in their favour as they claimed they have proof it was delivered. Just stole my money, do not buy from Wallis.
